What we do:

CRISIS INTAKE

We accept initial intake appointments Tuesdays and Thursdays each week to gather the information needed to help.

CRISIS MANAGEMENT

The next step is to assess your situation and find out how Foundations for Living can come alongside of you to help.

CASE MANAGEMENT

After that we have a caseworker sit down and help you walk through what your next action steps should be.

FORWARD

The goal is to bring restoration and recovery and to help you start living your best life possible. Recovery is possible!

MIDDLETON HOUSE WOMEN’S LODGING HOUSE

The Middleton House serves as a transitional lodging facility for women in need. It provides a place where women can stay, participate in our programs, and receive assistance in finding permanent housing and employment.

MIDDLETON HOUSE RESOURCE CENTER

The first floor, which serves as our resource center for men and women, will be open on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. This space is open to the public for walkthroughs or to gather resources.

How we do it:

WARMING CENTER

We accept guests into the shelter from Nov 1st through April 30th | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM and provide shelter from the elements.

FFL offers many programs, in-house, private and public to help you find the best path forward to make a positive impact in your life

THRIFT STORE

We have a wonderful thrift store that funds many of the programs and services we provide. It’s truly Waupaca’s best kept secret.
